HueShift offers in-app purchases for premium features, including:

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Purchase records are maintained by Apple and may be synced via iCloud.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

HueShift is designed to be suitable for all ages, including children. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

7.1 Data Collection from Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. The Game:

  • Does not require account creation

7.2 Parental Controls

When you delete the app, locally stored data is removed. To delete cloud-stored data, disable iCloud sync or contact us.

When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

13.1 Do Not Track
