1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HueShift ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the HueShift mobile game application ("the Game").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the Game.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HueShift for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose
- Transfer, sell, or sublicense the Game to any third party
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Game
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of HueShift, including but not limited to graphics, design, code, and gameplay mechanics, are owned by HueShift and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. In-App Purchases
HueShift offers in-app purchases for premium features including:
- Premium grid sizes (4x4 and 5x5)
- Power-up bundles
- Other premium content
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Game in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
- Cheat, hack, or use exploits
- Manipulate leaderboards or achievements
- Interfere with or disrupt the Game's functionality
- Use the Game for any illegal purpose
- Harass or harm other users
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HueShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
